Pass the popcorn; Bob Barr just entered the race
It has been great fun watching “Operation Chaos” works it magic, while the liberal political pundits try to down play it’s role. I will never be able to thank Rush Limbaugh enough for this stroke of brilliance and grand entertainment. However, this race just got interesting. A real conservative has thrown his hat into the ring.Former Congressman Bob Barr has declared his intent to run for President of the United States on the Libertarian ticket should he receive the Libertarian nomination on May 22. For the first time a third party may just have a chance in the race – and I don’t mean as a “spoiler.” During this upcoming election the socialist will be represented by either Barak Hussein Obama or Hillary Clinton. The moderates and liberal democrats will be represented by John McCain. Can Bob Barr become the conservative representative in this election? He has his own personal past he has to overcome, however, as one of the most conservative members of the House during his tenor he was a force to be dealt with. Unlike Senator McCain he has no qualms about challenging any foe in the arena. Will the conservatives, who are so disenchanted and disgusted with the GOP overcome their fears and permit themselves to vote for a third party candidate? If Bob Barr the candidate that can convince them cross? Yes ladies and gentlemen this just got very very interesting. Who has the popcorn?
