Obama, you genius you!
In Barrak Obama’s effort to place himself in a position of looking presidential and presenting himself as the DNC Presidential nominee, he made a speech today that him look absolutely foolish.
During a celebratory speech in Israel, President Bush stated “Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with the terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along. We have an obligation to call this what it is - the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.”
Reportedly Ed Gillespie, Counselor to the President, claims it was expected that many would assume this was in reference to former President Jimmy Carter, who recently met with the leaders of Hamas, despite U.S. policy and interests.
The liberals have gone insane over these comments. Showing their arrogance they assume this was a direct reference to Democrat leaders, specifically Obama. Upon questioning the White House made it clear that comment was not about Barrak Obama. I think Barry and his socialist protest too much.
But I digress. I could not help but laugh as I listened to Barrak go in circles during this press conference he called in an effort to preen his feathers. For example, he made clear that he would not follow failed Bush policy and that he would in fact meet with terrorist leaders if conditions are first met. Guess what? That is the Bush, policy only the terrorists have refused to meet the conditions required for a meeting.
I can not be the only one sitting here laughing at the false bravado of a man that just chose to debate a foreign policy he agrees.
