Nancy Pelosi Responds To President Bush

Published by Max Steel at 2:21 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

WASHINGTON, July 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Speaker Nancy Pelosi released the following statement today on President Bush’s announcement lifting the executive ban on drilling in protected coastal areas:

“Once again, the oilman in the White House is echoing the demands of Big Oil.

“The Bush plan is a hoax. It will neither reduce gas prices nor increase energy independence. It just gives millions more acres to the same companies that are sitting on nearly 68 million acres of public lands and coastal areas.

“If the President wants to bring down prices in the next two weeks, not the next two decades, he should free our oil by releasing a small portion of the more than 700 million barrels of oil we have put in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

“It’s time to tell the oil industry: ‘You already have millions of acres to drill. Use it or lose it.’”

Let them eat cake!

This over-ripe, prune face, uptight, hypocritical, control -freak, rich beatch is beginning to piss me off. She sits up there on her hand made throne, believing her own thoughts of self-importance.

I do believe it is time for her to go.

But before I donate to Cindy Sheehan’s campaign let me inform the old bug-eyed rag that her political talking points are nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Somebody send her the memo- there is no oil on the land the oil companies lease. If there was they would be drilling it.

It will certainly reduce the price because the speculators will see that the U.S. means business. They are drilling, and through it may take some time to come on line, the rules of the game are changing.

In the meantime, what are they offering? NOTHING, except for taxes!

This is a prime example of why the congressional approval rating is in the single digits- at an all time low since it has been recorded.

This liberals are doing their damnedest to turn this country into the failure that is known as California.

There’s something for her to ponder as she lay in her head on her Orphelia pillow, in between thoughts of HER failed congressional leadership.

George, it’s hawg boilin’ time.

Alas we agree. Nancy Pelosi is being an idiot on this one. Keep you’re two week plans, we need a leader with vision that goes out decades. Oil will and must be part of our energy strategy for decades to come. Any that we can get get at within our domain must be exploited.

    Agree? This is not acceptable.

    Still, would it be oversensitive to point out to you just how self indulgent and unhelpful the following brand of name calling is;

“This over-ripe, prune face, uptight, hypocritical, control -freak, rich beatch is beginning to piss me off. She sits up there on her hand made throne, believing her own thoughts of self-importance.”

I was thinking about your comment regarding sensitivity the other day. Came to a conclusion for which the above passage affords the oppotunity to speak. This kind of name calling should be left to the school yards. Then again, I am sure you would not permit it of your children. If this assumption is correct, why then would you pass off criticism of such behavior as comming from one who is oversensitive?

If my assumption is not correct, what will you tell the principle when one of your children calls one of the girls on the play ground “a beatch”. Because let me tell you, to them it doesn’t matter how you spell it.

You know their father. It is a guarantee they will be in the principle’s office. I can only hope it’s for calling someone a “beatch.” ROFLMBO!

    Just kidding!

Certainly writing what I did goes against the norm, but she really ticked me off. Lucky for her I can’t afford the gas to drive to washington, so that will have to suffice - for now.

Oh man, I crack myself up.
