I don’t know why people are afraid to say it. Conservatives are morally superior to Liberals. Given the set of base political beliefs driving the Democratic party, it should come as no surprise that their moral relativism will frequently manifest itself in a carnal form of immorality. It is after all the ultimate temptation and the penultimate test of ones character; The ultimate being their choice of political party. We have all been tempted by the devil disguised as a finely contoured woman or by a man with a good haircut, but we do not all willingly dive into the deep end of the devil’s swimming pool. The Liberal mind set simply is not armed with the will to stop them from partaking in that which feels good. Just as the liberal democrat will willingly fight for all the feel good albeit morally flawed causes of his or her depraved constituents, so too can he or she be counted upon to readily seek and commit sins of the flesh. It’s not that conservatives don’t sin. It’s just that they strive not to. Liberals choose sin and deception as a way of life. Because this is so obviously true, we needn’t concerns ourselves with the source of this story. The veracity of the story is of secondary importance to the fact that John Edwards is an active participant in the moral decay of our nation. He is worthy of our scorn even when the specificity of the charges at any given time are based on innuendo.
