McCain’s New Anti-Obama Ad: Change You Can Count On

Published by Max Steel under Uncategorized Edit This

Numbers. They’re just numbers. Like words. Just words. They mean nothing, at least in the Obama camp.

For months now the Obama camp has been telling us how 95% of Americans will get a tax cut if you make $250,000 or less. But if you make more than $250,000 you will be getting the second highest tax rate in the world. Like Biden said, it’s only patriotic.

Of course, we silly conservatives have been saying that’s bunk. We have been saying the middle class will be paying much higher taxes. Joe the plumber asked, “What’s to keep them from lowering that $250,000 to $150,000?”

“No, no. That will not happen under an Obama presidency!” We conservatives are twisting and lying ourselves about the great Obama’s plan to spread the wealth among those he deems worthy.

Really?

Obama now says if you make less than $200,000 you get a tax cut. When did this change and why?

Of course, Obama forgot to tell Old Joe the new public number is $200,000.

John McCain summed it up best:

Senator Obama has made a lot of promises. First he said people making less than 250,000 dollars would benefit from his plan, then this weekend he announced in an ad that if you’re a family making less than 200,000 dollars you’ll benefit — but yesterday, right here in Pennsylvania, Senator Biden said tax relief should only go to “middle class people — people making under 150,000 dollars a year.” It’s interesting how their definition of rich has a way of creeping down. At this rate, it won’t be long before Senator Obama is right back to his vote that Americans making just 42,000 dollars a year should get a tax increase. We can’t let that happen.

Obama’s lies. That is the change you can count on.
