Today Is The Day Supreme Court Conferences On Obama Citizenship
I first reported it on November 21 and today is the day the Supreme Court Justices hold Conference. One of the cases the court will decide if they will hear is the question of whether or not Barack Obama meets the Constitutional requirements to be President. Originally rejected by Justice David Souter, it was resubmitted to Justice Clarence Thomas who decided to take it to conference with his colleagues.
It is odd that Obama has refused all of this time to produce his actual birth certificate. Even John McCain produced his when asked. This does in fact have the ability to become a Constitutional crisis. Obama should just produce the birth certificate and shut this down.
If the court decides to act they will hear oral arguments. All that is required is 4 of the 9 Justices voting to hear the case. They can hear the arguments and still deny the petition. I am the first to admit my surprise the case has made it this far, but I will fall out of my chair if it makes it past conference tomorrow.
