If you read it closely the opening line states the following:

“The $13 Billion Industry Is In No Fear Of Collapse, But Why Take Chances?”

They then go on to reference the bailout for the automakers.

I believe they have done an excellent job of illustrating the absurd by being absurd.

I was going to start making jokes about stimulus packages here but I will spare the moderator. This thinking by Flynt and Francis is utterly ridiculous.
If Francis would stop filming under age girls and winding up in civil court, he wouldn’t need a stimulus package.
As for Flynt, he may have more of a shot. Readership is down with all print media sources. Since we have a bunch of idiots on the hill, I wouldn’t be shocked if they gave Larry the money. It will probably be attached to some infrastructure bill everyone votes for, or maybe a Social security bill or something.

It’s not about whether they need a bailout. as an industry that pays into taxes just like the auto makers and the financial industry, aren’t they entitled to one?
